Conferences

We have a fully airconditioned room suitable for up to 40 delegates. We can set up the function room to suit your requirements and our equipment include a plasma screen with connections to a laptop, projector sceen, overhead projector, flipchart and free connection to WiFi. We are a 24 bedroom en-suite hotel and offer free parking for all our guests. We are happy to provide refreshments which includes tea and coffee and either a buffet or a sit down meal for all meetings. We currently have two breakfast meetings on a Thursday and Friday and we are able to accomodate any breakfast requirements. We also have Wallington Rotary and Carshalton Beeches Rotary meetings every week and the 41 club, Ladies Tangent and Ladies Circle meeting with us once a month. If you would like to make a reservation or require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact our reception and we will be happy to assist you.

Funerals

We are able to accomodate funeral gatherings in our fully airconditioned and private function room for up to 60 guests buffet style and 40 guests for a sit down dinner. We can also cater for bigger funeral gatherings with additional rooms for hire. We can provide the right atmosphere with refreshments, wine, tea and coffee and a wide variety of buffet menus. Your guests are welcome to use our car park and we offer accomodation in our 24 en-suite bedroom hotel.

Christenings

Our function room can accomodate Christenings for up to 40 guests for a sit down meal or 60 guests buffet style. We offer a comprehensive buffet menu with serveral options for a sit down 2 course, or 3 course meal. We are happy to design menus to suit individual needs and special dietry requirements. We can provide full waiter service and guests are welcome to arrange decorations for us to decorate the room.

Weddings

The Duke's Head Hotel is the ideal venue for a wedding. We offer a full wedding service and we are happy to discuss any suggestions. We can accomodate smaller weddings for up to 40 gusts in our function room but we are also able to accomodate weddings for up to 150 guests. Also our newly refurbished Patio provides the perfect setting for a summer wedding’s arrival drink. We are also a 24 en-suite bedroom hotel with free car parking for our guests. Whether it is a formal affair or a more informal wedding celebration we are happy to accomodate your needs!

Birthday Parties and Wedding Aniversaries

Our function room can provide the perfect setting for a fantastic birthday party or wedding aniversary. We can arrange music, decorations and offer a wide variety of menus to suit all tastes. The beer garden also provides the perfect setting for a summer party and we have a BBQ menu for guests who would like something different.

Patio Dinning Area

This area has been newly refurbished for summer to accomodate Weddings, BBQ's, Birthday parties and Wedding Aniversaries. It offers the perfect setting for a fun evening or is ideal for a large family gathering. This area can accomodate up to 50 guests sitting down or 70 guests depending on requirements. This area can also be decorated and is available for private hire.
