What a lovely hotel. The staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms were lovely and had the extra benefit of air conditioning which was very welcome on Saturday which was the hottest day of the year! We ate in the restaurant in the evening, the food was excellent and the staff once again were superb. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. We will definitely stay again the next time we go to London.
We had such a lovely time visiting Santa. The children loved their gifts and doing arts & crafts & biscuit decorating. The personalised letter from Santa was a lovely touch. The set up in the garden was really cosy and we were able to enjoy a nice relaxing drink and a mince pie! 😊
We booked the Lavender Room for a ‘Celebration of Life’ for our late Mother.. The service, food and support from all the staff was excellent which made the day just perfect. We also had some family members stay at the hotel and dine with them, which was also very good. I highly recommend the Dukes Head for lunch, dinner and any family event. The staff are all excellent and on a sunny day the outside space is just perfect.

We had our work Christmas meal here, about 15 of us, Friday night, the place was very busy, had a live band on. The staff were great, prompt, attentive, happy, and helpful. The food was excellent, portion sizes very good. Highly recommended.
I would highly recommend The Dukes Head to everyone. All of the staff are amazingly helpful, friendly and professional. The rooms are extremely clean, well appointed and superbly comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep. The bar and restaurant are brilliant. Food and service is perfect and the garden area is relaxing. We had a function in the Lavender Room and from the start of planning to the actual day I received the very best customer service. We will be visiting again and recommending to all our friends. Thank you to all at The Dukes Head, you made my husbands 60th birthday and our stay absolutely perfect!
